Unique Jewellery Ranges
Using or combining re-cycled bottles, charity shop treasures or expensive art glass, metal inclusions and wirework Sue creates dramatic, original, one off pieces. Recent commissions include transforming champagne bottles into commemorative jewellery and incorporating locks of hair in wedding and other celebratory pieces thus turning pendants and cuff links into secret invisible lockets. (Link to recent commissions) Every piece has been fired for at least 15 hours and slow cooled (annealed) for strength and clarity. No two pieces are ever identical due partly to the nature of the re-cycled and handmade designer art glass used and partly to the fact that most of Sue’s designs are themselves one-off.
This range consists of pieces where the basic shape is regular, be that a rectangle, triangle or square. Some pieces are partly recycled.
These intriguing sets comprise two pendants that could be worn separately but work wonderfully together for dramatic effect.
The pieces in this range are made exclusively from designer art and dichroic glass to create organic effects.
The shapes, designs and use of
colour and transparency in these pieces evoke the effect of stained glass windows.
These pieces are made primarily from recycled glass. This range includes the Totemic, Industrial and Organic pieces.
These are currently mostly made up of pieces from the Classic range. Sets include necklaces, earrings and pendants.
Most of Sue’s cufflinks are made exclusively from designer glass but she sometimes uses a customer’s personal objects to
commemorate a special occasion.
